About the Event

Join us to make your own hand formed salt pig and spoon.

In this fun workshop where you will learn to make a functional piece of pottery that will also be a very practical vessel in your kitchen. Learn to shape a spoon to scoop out your salt and that will look incredibly cute peeking out of your salt pig. This workshop includes all tools and materials that you will need to create the salt pig and spoon.

The feel of the clay in your hands will instantly relax you as you focus on the present and let everything else blur into the background.

This workshop also includes having your pottery high-fired to stoneware temperature and glazed in a white glaze to compliment the buff stoneware clay. Three weeks later you will be able to pick up your functional piece of pottery and will be able to use it in your kitchen every day.

This workshop is beginner level.

The workshop includes:

- 1 salt pig with matching spoon that will be fired and glazed.

- Awesome new pottery skills to get working on your next design
