About the Event
Join us to make a beautiful pinched, hug mug.
In this workshop you will learn the techniques of making your own pinched hug mug including making a handle and learning to attach it to your cup. This workshop includes all tools and materials that you will need to create the mug.
The feel of the clay in your hands will instantly relax you as you focus on the present and let everything else blur into the background.
This workshop also includes having your piece high-fired to stoneware temperature and glazed in a white glaze to compliment the buff stoneware clay. Three weeks later you will be able to pick up your functional piece of pottery and you will be able to enjoy drinking your beverage of choice from a mug made by you.
This workshop is beginner level.
The workshop includes:
- 1 handled hug mug that will be fired and glazed.
- Awesome new pottery skills to get working on your next design
Tickets are limited to meet social distancing requirements. Our workshop tickets are non-refundable. In the event you cannot make the workshop, you are welcome to pass your ticket onto a friend. Please notify us of any changes to ticket holders.
